1)Before shipping your order, normally roseslives.com needs 1-7 business days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items, so the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2) Pre-order items will be prepared for about 5-10 business days. Please refer to the description of the product details page for the estimated delivery date of the product. And Some orders may be delayed due to the COVID-19.

3)Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. We may ship your order for separate packages, items which have inventory will be shipped first.

4)Customs fees may be required for some international orders, which will be different in each country. The customer is responsible for all customs fees.

5)Free Shipping - orders over US$79.00, we will choose the right postal service according to your area.

6)Express Shipping is not available for P.O.Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
