If there is an issue with the product received. We have accepted returns for 14 days after the date of delivery.

 

If you have any issues or questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you! Thank you so much for shopping with us.You can send mail to this mailbox support@roseslives.com and attach relevant pictures,they will reply to you in 24 hours (except weekends) and give you some useful professional advice and solutions.

 

Notes:

 

⒈We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns. The cost of shipping on return items is at your expense and non-refundable.

 

⒉Please contact us firstly .We will not be responsible for your missing parcel, if you send it back without contacting us before shipment.

 

3 Items that can be returned or refunded of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

 

Please make sure the products are unused and will not affect the secondary sales.

Faulty items are not damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.

Items received in the incorrect size/color.

Because that we charged the shipping fee in behave of the shipping company, we will only refund you the good price which is responsibility.

After returning the products, please inform us of the following information:

① Order No., for example, SS0001

 

② Item No.

 

③ quantity of each item.

 

④ Photo of the products you sent back.

 

⑤ Photo of the shipping label on the package we sent to you.

 

⑥ Photo of the shipping label in the package you sent to us.

 

4 Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to info support@roseslives.com with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.

 

5 You should use a tractable shipping service.Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or the customer's own fault cannot apply for a refund.

 

6 The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.

 

7 The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

 

8 The refund will be issued within 3-7 business days after received the returned package.However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return policy comes into effect.

 

9 Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.

 

10 Due to objective factors, you are not satisfied with our products, please contact customer service, you can choose to keep it yourself and let him apply to exchange it.

 

Replacements

 

1 Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 7 days after delivery date, together with pictures or video proof.

 

After confirming, we will replace it for you, after you returned it back.

 

2 The size you choose is inappropriate, and you need to pay a certain fee to exchange it.

 

Special Note

 

1 Due to the customer’s reasons, the delivery fails (wrong address, wrong phone number, long time no pickup), we will not accept refund.

 

2 Due to a delivery error at the local post office.It's not our responsibility.

 

3 The return address is provided by mail.

 

4 Returns and exchanges require a certain handling fee, and the specific handling fee is determined by the freight.
