How long do I have to initiate a refund?

If there is any issue with the product received, we accept returns up to 7 days after the date of delivery. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you've purchased the wrong items, sizes or colors, or even you've filled the wrong address and would like to make a change, please contact us as fast as you can. As we're fulfilling really fast after getting your order, we can not guarantee that your order will be changed successfully.

How can I track my package?

You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Orders" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number and link.

You can also go to the mailbox of the email that you were using to place order at Roseslives and search key words "Roseslives" on your mailbox, find the shipping notification email including tracking link from Roseslives.

Why do I only receive part of my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Items which have inventory will be shipped first.
